Honey Curry Chicken


This is one of our favorites. It's super easy and super delicious. Perfect blend of savory and sweet in my opinion. Enjoy.

What you need:

casserole pan

4-6 chicken breasts just arrange them in the pan so that they are all flat none overlapping

Sauce aka the good stuff:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c honey
1/4 c mustard
1 t salt (or less)
1 t curry powder
1 can pineapple with the juice

how: Just mix the sauce together, pour over the chicken and bake for 1.25 hours at 325. Serve with rice. (to time the rice so that it is done just when the chicken is done i just set a timer from 1 hour from the time i put the chicken in the oven. Then i start the rice in the rice maker and when the rice is done the chicken is too. simple as that.)
